- Sprinkle the sweetener and cinnamon over a plate
- Roll the cooked doughnuts in the sweetener/cinnamon mixture until thoroughly coated
- Eat while warm and gooey
Notes
I have given the amounts to cover 2 slices of bread (your whole HEB allowance) so 1/2 the ingredients if you are just going to use 1. One tablespoon of average chocolate spread is 4 syns (Waitrose do a beautiful chocolate spread called ‘Seriously chocolatey chocolate spread’ which is a little lower syn at 3 syns per tablespoon- totally recommend this if you can get hold of it, as not only does it save on syns, it is also completely delicious! 10 mini marshmallows are 1 syn. If you aren’t a fan of cinnamon then skip that but, and if you don’t mind adding a couple of extra syns, use real sugar for rolling the doughnuts in. Enjoy!
