Description
This is a great quick weeknight dinner, very tasty and little effort

Ingredients
Scale
- 200 g rigatoni
- 1 tbsp green pesto
- handful green beans (ends taken off and cut in half)
- handful peeled broad beans
- 2 rashers bacon (fat removed and finely chopped)
- salt and pepper
- 1 red chilli (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to packet instuctions
- in the meantime, fry the bacon pieces until crispy
- simmer the prepared beans for 3-4 minutes
- When the pasta’s cooked, stir in the pesto, bacon and beans and season to taste
- Serve garnished with the chilli

Fresh peas are also lovely in this
