Ingredients
Scale
- 40 g Porridge Oats
- 200 g fat free Greek yoghurt or Skyr (I find these a nice creamy, thick consistency)
- 3 passion fruits (pulp removed)
- 1/2 mango (sliced into small cubes)
- A few small mint leaves
Instructions
- Put 1/3 of the oats into the bottom of your jar/bowl
- spoon over 1/3 of the yoghurt
- Add the pulp of one passion fruit and spread over evenly
- Repeat twice, so you have 2 more layers, then top with the mango
- Pop into the fridge and leave overnight for the magic to happen! Add the mint in the morning
