Description

A spicy and flavoursome hummus


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tin (400g) chickpeas
  • 1 green chilli (keep seeds in for extra spiciness!)
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled)
  • 3 tbsp fat-free Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or mini chopper, and blend until smooth. If the hummus is a little too dry then add a small amount of extra yoghurt.
