A spicy and flavoursome hummus
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tin (400g) chickpeas
- 1 green chilli (keep seeds in for extra spiciness!)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- 3 tbsp fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or mini chopper, and blend until smooth. If the hummus is a little too dry then add a small amount of extra yoghurt.
