A lovely fresh version of guacamole, with fresh broccoli to cut the calories

Ingredients

- 1 head broccoli
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 fresh red chilli (deseeded)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1-2 tsp salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut away the broccoli stem and boil the florets for 3 minutes, then drain, plunge into cold water for 1 minute, and drain again.
- Pop the broccoli into a food processor and blend well
- Add in the avocado, chilli, lime juice and salt and blend again until well combined.
