Baked blueberry oats

A warm, satisfying and filling breakfast

Ingredients

Scale
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp fat free natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients, and leave for a couple of minutes to let the baking powder start working
  2. Pop into a small oven-proof dish sprayed with Frylight (or into cake or muffin cases)
  3. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes until golden brown
  4. Serve warm with fat free yoghurt and fruit

Notes

There are loads of possibilities with these- add a little cinammon, or for a couple of extra syns some choc shot mixed in, or maybe even a bit of Nutella snuck into the middle as a nice little surprise.
