Ingredients
Scale
- 40 g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp fat free natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp sweetener
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g blueberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix together all of the ingredients, and leave for a couple of minutes to let the baking powder start working
- Pop into a small oven-proof dish sprayed with Frylight (or into cake or muffin cases)
- Bake at 180c for 20 minutes until golden brown
- Serve warm with fat free yoghurt and fruit
Notes
There are loads of possibilities with these- add a little cinammon, or for a couple of extra syns some choc shot mixed in, or maybe even a bit of Nutella snuck into the middle as a nice little surprise.
