Yoghurt coated blueberries

Description

A great healthy snack

Syn-free

Ingredients

Scale
  • 150 g Blueberries (strawberries, raspberries, banana- whatever fruit you fancy!)
  • 1 Fat-free yoghurt (flavoured or plain) (I used Muller Light vanilla for the blueberries pictured)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray (that will fit into your freezer) with greaseproof paper. (I used a little water to adhere it to the tray and prevent it from sliding around)
  2. Using a wooden barbeque skewer, pierce the fruit to pick it up, dip it into the yoghurt, and use another skewer to pop it off onto the baking tray.
  3. Repeat until you have used up your fruit, or filled up your tray
  4. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  5. When frozen, either eat, or pop them into a freezer bag to keep ready for when you need a snack

Notes

Try these with different types of fruit (raspberries/strawberries) and different flavours of yoghurt
