Ingredients

  • 150 g Blueberries strawberries, raspberries, banana- whatever fruit you fancy!
  • 1 Fat-free yoghurt (flavoured or plain) I used Muller Light vanilla for the blueberries pictured

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray (that will fit into your freezer) with greaseproof paper. (I used a little water to adhere it to the tray and prevent it from sliding around)
  • Using a wooden barbeque skewer, pierce the fruit to pick it up, dip it into the yoghurt, and use another skewer to pop it off onto the baking tray.
  • Repeat until you have used up your fruit, or filled up your tray
  • Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  • When frozen, either eat, or pop them into a freezer bag to keep ready for when you need a snack

Notes

Try these with different types of fruit (raspberries/strawberries) and different flavours of yoghurt
