I just don't think you can beat a good lasagne, and this version is an absolute winner. This has rich meat sauce and satisfying level of cheesiness but without overburdening on the calories!

️⭐️ Surf 'n' turf fajita traybake ️⭐️

If you're after something quick, easy and a bit different for dinner this weekend, this is delicious meal 

My surf and turf fajita traybake is one of those meals that feels a bit more special, but is actually very low effort- everything goes onto one tray and into the oven.

It's got spiced steak, prawns, peppers and onions all roasted together, so you get lots of flavour (and those lovely slightly charred edges) without much faff.

We usually serve it with wraps, guacamole, jalapeños and refried beans and let everyone build their own.
