Syn-free Print Recipe 5 mins 15 mins Ingredients1 tsp cumin seeds1/2 tsp turmeric1 large carrot grated200 g basmati rice100 g baby spinach chopped400 ml boiling waterlow calorie cooking spray InstructionsSpray a large frying pan with the cooking spray, and fry the cumin seeds for 1 minuteAdd the carrot and turmeric and stir fry for another 2 minutesAdd the rice and a pinch of salt and pour in 400ml boiling waterBring to the boil, reduce the heat, and cook with a lid loosely covering the pan for 5 minutes.
