PEANUT BUTTER OATCAKES

This is one of my favourite breakfasts on a day when I want something warm, filling and to fulfil a little bit of a sweet craving. The powdered peanut butter is a brilliant way to make these taste amazing without adding lots of syns Find it here on Amazon.
Use the oats as youtr HEB, and a dash of milk from your HEA to keep these super low syn. I like mine spread with a low syn chocolate spread (I love this one from Waitrose: Seriously chocolatey chocolate spread) which is 3 syns per tbsp.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 40 g porridge oats
  • 12 g powdered peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • dash of milk
  • low calorie cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and divide into muffin cases, pre-sprayed with low calorie cooking spray
  2. Bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes until golden brown

Notes

Lovely spread with chocolate spread or strawberry jam!
