Add together the finely chopped garlic, ginger, and soy sauce

Then add the chilli flakes and black pepper and stir everything together

Add the chicken to the sauce and then mix to coat all the chicken.
Marinade for 20 minutes

Dip the chicken into corn flour to coat and place on a pre oiled baking tray.
Bake for 25 minutes

After 25 minutes the chicken should be golden and crispy

Now for the honey soy glaze
Add the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and chilli to a frying pan

Then the spring onion and chilli flakes and simmer for 3 minutes

Mix the cornflour with some water and add to the glaze in the frying pan.
Add the chicken and coat in the glaze
