1x 300g pot salsatry to get lowest syn one you can!
1tspdried chilli flakes
1can black beansdrained and rinsed
1can chopped tomatoes
Instructions
Mix together the salsa, chopped tomatoes and chilli flakes and pop into the slow-cooker pot
Immerse the chicken breasts in the mixture
Cook on low for 10-12 hours, or high for 6 hours
30 minutes before end of cooking time add the black beans
Shred the chicken and serve!
Notes
If you don't want to use shop-bought salsa, there's a very nice chicken and black bean recipe in the index which is made from scratch. Serve with lime, rice and shredded lettuce.
