Sticky honey, soy and mint sausages
This simple glaze turns sausages into the star of the dish!
Syns: 1 per person (honey) plus syns for the brand of sausages you use
dark soy sace
A handful of fresh mint leaves
reduced fat sausages
Mix together the honey, soy and mint in a small bowl
Place the sausages on a small non-stick baking tray, and spoon the glaze over them
Bake at 180c for 25 minutes, turning a couple of times during cooking to cover them as much as possible with the glaze
Perfect served with a salad and potato or sweet potato wedges
