It's been one of those days when my Facebook news feed seems to be filled with videos of people making Nutella cakes and Kinder cakes and it's making me crave chocolate! Coffee cup warm jam sponge
I was sent some Jim Jams reduced sugar strawberry jam to try and so had a little experiment with a cake made in a coffee cup! It came out really well, so here it is!
