- Like the promotional post.
- Comment on the promotional post with your favourite cosy thing to do, tagging a friend.
- Multiple entries are allowed, provided each comment tags a different friend.
Entry Period
- The competition opens upon posting of the promotional content.
- The closing date for entries is 11:59pm GMT on Sunday 14th December 2025.
- Entries received after this time will not be counted.
Prize
- 1 prize:
- One coral Atlantic Blanket (fulfilled by Atlantic Blankets)
- One copy of The Slimming Foodie cookbook (fulfilled by Octopus Publishing Group)
- Any delays, loss, or issues during transit are the responsibility of the respective prize fulfiller once dispatched.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
- The prize will be awarded only to the selected winner.
Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected at random.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the closing date.
- The winner must respond within 28 days, providing a valid postal address. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
- Delivery of each prize will be handled separately by the respective fulfiller (Atlantic Blankets for the blanket, Octopus Publishing Group for the cookbook).
General Terms
- The promoter is The Slimming Foodie.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed, including due to equipment failure, technical malfunction, network/server issues, or Instagram/Meta removing posts.
- The promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or withdraw the prize if an entrant breaches these terms.
- The promoter may hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary.
