Fajita spice mix

Since I discovered how easy it is to make your own Fajita spice mix I keep it made up for quick meals- if you are following Slimming World you will find that most of the packet mixes contain unnecessary syns! Make up a batch in advance, keep in a sealed tupperware and you can knock up fajitas in about 10 minutes flat any time!  

3 ingredient slow cooker balsamic chicken

I have to say, if I didn't know what had gone into this I would have thought someone had spent a lot of time and effort on it! It really is the easiest meal to make and tastes really good! If you are following Slimming World, salsas do vary in syns, on average they are 0.5 syns per tbsp, but some are more so do check.  

Gnocchi with bacon, pesto and green beans

This meal is great for one of those nights when you pop into the supermarket desperately wanting a quick dinner without having something unhealthy! It's just a few items which you can quickly grab, and it takes under 10 minutes to cook! (Gnocchi will be with the fresh pasta, usually around the ready meals!) I used the Tesco gnocchi which is 2 syns per 100g, and Tesco pesto which is 2.5 syns per tbsp.
