Tuna and courgette sweet potato crust quiche
I love these sweet potato crust quiches at the moment- for me the whole appeal of quiche used to be the pastry, so a crustless one just doesn't satisfy me! Ginger and garlic prawns
I think that one of the best flavour combinations in existence is garlic and chilli, I just can't get enough of it! Throw in some ginger, prawns and a few other bits and you get a mouthwatering dish worthy of a weekend treat!
Firecracker prawn curry
I adapted this recipe for Slimming World from the Phaidon India book which is the bible of curries (See it here). This prawn curry is just delicious- I like them hot (and this one is not for the faint-hearted but it's so satisfying to eat) and just has a perfect balance of flavours.
This is perfect served with my spinach and carrot pilau rice - click here
Spaghetti with prawns, lemon, rocket and chilli
I have adapted this recipe from Jamie's Italy to be Slimming World friendly, and it's one of my absolute favourite pastas- the combination of flavours works perfectly, and even without all the olive oil that Jamie adds, it is just to die for!
Lemony chilli crab linguine
Pastas like this have always been my favourite, just those simple but perfect flavour combinations. I used a tin of white crab meat here (£1 in Home Bargains so definitely the cheaper option!) but it would be even lovelier I'm sure with fresh crab if you can get it!
