1/2 syn brownies
If you are looking for a little cakey treat these are great for satisfying a craving. They aren't really proper chocolate brownies, because those taste delicious fo a reason! But the whisked egg whites make these a viable Slimming World alternative if you are feeling the need to bake, and they do taste good!
Roast chicken breast with lemony bombay potatoes
This is one of those dishes which tastes so good for not a lot of effort! It's quick to do and uses nice basic ingredients that you are likely to have in the cupboards. The syns are in the little bit of olive oil that everything is tossed around in, and you can remove this if you wish and spray with Frylight to make it syn free.
Chicken, butternut squash and borlotti beans
This is one of my favourite meals to cook when we have company, it's incredibly easy to make a vast quantity of it, it doesn't involve a lot of work, and it's really tasty! If you aren't using canned borlotti beans then you will need to soak the beans overnight, but as you also need to marinade the chicken overnight this isn't a big hassle. Sometimes you just need something a bit different, and I think this banana sushi is a sweet idea to make yourself a plate of something pretty! You could either use the Weight Watchers Love Fibre wraps, white and wholemeal, or you could use a slice of brown bread rolld flat with a rolling pin. There's a lot of scope for using lots of superfree fruit to make up a very pretty plate of food!
